Auto-responder Emails
See which Email Auto-Responder can be useful to you and the way to make one.
An auto-responder is a predefined e-mail, which can be sent automatically as an answer to every single email received inside a mailbox with this function enabled. Two of the most common cases for using this function are automatic e-mails that one is briefly out of the workplace or that an order is received successfully. An auto-responder may also be used as a general verification that an e-mail is delivered successfully, which may be something rather important in enterprise e-mail correspondence. The message that is delivered can be pretty much anything and can be modified based on the situations and exactly what the auto-responder will be used for. As the option is activated server-side, there isn’t anything you are required to do manually and you do not need an e-mail application to be active at all times for the automatic reply to be sent to the person sending you an email.
Auto-responder Emails in Shared Hosting
Setting up an auto-responder message will take you just a few clicks if you work with a Linux shared package from us. You can do this in the Emails part of our in-house made Hepsia Control Panel where one can view your email addresses listed in alphabetical order. You may either select an e-mail and click the auto-responder button or simply right-click and choose the feature in the context menu which will come up. All you need to do will be to enter the content you want to be sent as an automated reply and save the modification. You'll be able to enter any text you want and modifying or disabling the auto-responder feature is just as easy. In the exact same part of the Control Panel it is easy to check which accounts have the feature enabled and which don't.
